This multi million pound retail business are expanding their channel team with a creative and innovative Social Media Manager - you will be leading on the content calendar and driving their industry leading social media best practice.
You will be working closely with the content team to deliver exceptional content across customer focused social media channels, driving engagement and impressions to spearhead brand awareness in the market.
Responsibilities;
- Formulate a functional social media strategy with clear objectives and KPIs
- Own the development of a media calendar to align with the promotional calendar
- Be proactive in generating interesting, bespoke and beautiful content to reflect the premium brand
- Drive engagement through every social media challenge, with an in-depth knowledge of how each channel benefits each aspect of the business
- Be the go to person for knowledge of social media delivering optimal results for campaigns
- Generate regular reports to internal and external stakeholder to demonstrate meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Managing budgets and delegating to produce the best ROI and engagement
- Maintain brand consistency across all social channels and campaigns
Skills and experience;
- 4+ years managing social media accounts
- In depth understanding of beautiful and engaging content
- Creative thinking, with an ability to implement an idea from conception through to completion
- Experience setting, meeting and exceeding social media KPI's
- Excellent organisational and people skills
- Consumer background preferred
- Agency or inhouse experience
