With growth firmly on the agenda they have and continue to build out a fantastic Brand. Nurturing their existing loyal customer base as well as a focus on new customer acquisition, in this role you will be responsible for setting the customer comms strategy be managing multi-channel brand campaigns and messaging.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, and supported by the wider marketing team (circa 30 people), your key responsibilities will include:

  • in the development of the brands campaign strategy, ensuring brand consistency across channel including content, PR and Socia Media plans.

  • manage the brands campaign plan, briefing and coordinating plans and guidance for the team.

  • strong working relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration and achieve shared goals.

  • and approve creative work to ensure alignment with brand objectives and standards.

  • the brands PR strategy to ensure continued growth, maximizing exposure for the strategic and tactical priorities.

  • and reporting on campaign success, pushing continuous improvement.

  • Managers reporting into you, (Campaign and PR), each with a delivery team under them.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Experience operating in another leadership role, comfortable managing teams, as well as reporting at board level.

  • Highly organised with great project management skills

  • Comfortable with pace, and managing multiple campaigns plans/ changeable campaign plans

  • Excellent attention to detail, with great content and comms skills

  • Ideally previous experience managing creative, or a good eye for creative design with an understanding of best practice in design principles across different formats.

  • Strong strategic thinking with analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent leadership abilities, with experience managing teams
