​A well established financial services business is looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to support continued growth across enterprise retail partnerships.

This is a senior individual contributor role with responsibility for identifying, winning and onboarding high value partnerships within a regulated credit environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from developing prospect strategies and initiating conversations through to negotiation, onboarding and long term relationship development.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will build strong sector knowledge, manage complex enterprise sales processes including RFPs, and create compelling commercial propositions that clearly articulate value and differentiation. You will also contribute to wider commercial and go to market activity, supporting the evolution of the organisation’s offering.

This role will suit an experienced business development professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets within a similar or closely aligned industry, such as financial services, consumer finance, POS finance, payments or another regulated B2B environment. You will be commercially astute, confident engaging senior decision makers, and comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. A proactive approach to building new pipelines and experience operating within a regulated framework is essential.

• Salary £75,000–£85,000 basic plus commission
