Reporting senior leadership, the successful candidate will own the end-to-end digital and DTC performance strategy, driving profitable growth across ecommerce, paid media, SEO, CRM and social.
The Role
Manage DTC channel (sales, margin, spend & forecasting)
Lead performance marketing across paid digital channels (PPC, Shopping, Paid Social).
Oversee SEO strategy with the internal organic team
Define and deliver the global social media strategy
Owning CRM strategy across acquisition, retention and lifecycle
Drive continuous optimisation and structured A/B testing to maximise conversion, retention and customer lifetime value
Partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Finance and Innovation
The Person
Proven growth marketing experience in e-commerce / DTC
Proven commercial ownership of channel P&L
Strong expertise across performance marketing, CRM, SEO and website optimisation
Shopify experience preferred
Advanced Excel & Google Analytics capability
Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced SME environment
