We’re delighted to be recruiting a Senior Brand Lead to own, activate and protect a high-growth DTC brand at a pivotal stage of its evolution.
This is a senior, high-impact role, with responsibility for bringing a refreshed brand identity to life across every channel and touchpoint, ensuring it’s consistent, commercially effective and impossible to ignore.
You’ll operate as the brand guardian, balancing long-term brand building with short-term performance in a fast-paced DTC environment.
The Role
Brand stewardship - Embed and govern a refreshed verbal and visual identity across the business.
Campaign & calendar leadership - Own the end-to-end brand and campaign roadmap, aligning ATL, product launches, CRM moments, experiential and trading moments.
ATL strategy & execution - Lead planning, testing and optimisation of major brand campaigns (TV, video, OOH), from brief to post-campaign evaluation.
Brand measurement - Own tracking and effectiveness, translating brand health into commercial impact.
Organic brand presence - Set direction across social, PR and experiential to ensure a distinctive, emotionally resonant presence.
Agency leadership - Brief, manage and elevate creative and PR partners to deliver standout, commercially strong work.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. The successful candidate will set direction, influence senior stakeholders and still be comfortable in the detail: building plans, reviewing creative, tightening timelines and driving execution.
The person
Senior brand experience in DTC or consumer-led businesses
Proven ATL campaign leadership and media testing experience
Strong background in brand tracking and effectiveness
Commercial credibility in performance-driven environments
Confident cross-functional influencer who can challenge constructively
