We are proud to be recruiting for an exciting Food & Drink brand based in Leeds who are seeking an Senior Brand Manager to join their marketing function, initially for a 12 Month MAT Cover!
Our client is a leading food business who pride themselves on being leaders in a number of diverse categories! If you're an aspiring Senior Brand Manager, or Brand Manger that is looking for their big break but can't seem to break through the proverbial glass ceiling then get in touch!
In short, I'm looking to speak to candidates who really do have a passion for FMCG, being creative, with a proven background in innovation, coupled with solid comms experience.
Description
- Deliver brand communication plans (ATL, TTL and BTL) including media planning, social strategy, PR and corporate communications
- Developing a strong customer and consumer understanding of brand performance, analysis, and reporting to the business
- Development of brand strategies and tactics aligned to our Grow The Core principles, and rooted in tailoring our offer to specific channels and customers;
- Creation and development of new and existing product development, leading multi-functional teams from concept to launch;
- Development of marketing mix for the portfolio in conjunction with the brand marketing teams, and the commercial team.
- Monitor brand expenditure in line with agreed marketing budget
The ideal candidate:
- Marketing experience in FMCG environment
- Personal Leadership: Responsible for driving own results
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
