£50,000 to £60,000 basic + 50% OTE

Iām supporting a fast growing SaaS business in West Yorkshire with the appointment of an SME Sales Manager.
ā
This is a hands on sales leadership role where you will own the SME revenue number while leading and developing a team of Sales Associates and Sales Executives.
The business operates in a high growth SaaS market and is continuing to invest in its commercial team as demand for its platform increases.

SaaS experience is essential for this role. You will also need to be within a commutable distance of the Leeds / West Yorkshire area as being in the office 3 to 4 days per week is important for coaching, collaboration and team development.

An existing Sales Manager who has led even a small team such as 1 SDR or Sales Executive

In the role you will:
Own and deliver the SME revenue target
Coach live discovery, demo and negotiation calls
Improve conversion rates, pipeline health and ARR growth
Run deal clinics, skills sessions and performance reviews
Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Partnerships
Ensure strong CRM discipline and consistent sales processes
