£70,000 to £80,000 basic + discretionary annual bonus

Iām supporting a high growth SaaS business with the appointment of a Head of Revenue Operations.
This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly into the CRO, owning the operational engine that underpins revenue growth across Sales, Marketing and Customer teams.
This is not a purely strategic RevOps role. It is hands on, detail driven and execution focused.
Essential experience:
⢠Proven SaaS background
⢠Strong hands on CRM ownership
⢠Deep HubSpot expertise
⢠Sales enablement tooling experience
⢠Building dashboards, reporting frameworks and forecasting models
You will:
⢠Own and optimise CRM, data integrity and revenue workflows
⢠Deliver weekly KPI reporting to the Executive Leadership Team
⢠Drive CRM hygiene and governance standards
⢠Improve lead management, pipeline tracking and handovers
⢠Support forecasting and revenue planning alongside the CRO
⢠Lead and develop a small Revenue Operations team
