🚀 Hiring: Key Accounts Sales Manager
West Yorkshire | Hybrid 1–2 days in the office | £70,000 to £80,000 basic + 50% OTE
I’m partnering with a high growth SaaS business on a key leadership hire within their commercial team. This is a true sales leadership role, owning Key Accounts and Mid Market revenue, leading a team of experienced sellers and driving consistent overperformance across core KPIs.
What’s essential
• Proven experience leading and developing a sales team
• Strong SaaS background
• A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and elevating performance
• Previous sales experience that is heavily focused on net new business (not account management)
This role needs someone commercially sharp and hands on. You will:
• Own the Key Accounts and Mid Market revenue number end to end
• Support and coach sellers through complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles
• Partner on high value deals, helping shape strategy and close outcomes
• Drive pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy and overall deal velocity
• Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Partnerships to ensure alignment across the funnel
The team is well established, so this is less about building from scratch and more about taking performance to the next level. You’ll be someone who can challenge, support and bring a strong commercial lens to how the team operates.
