Our client has a clear vision and is on a mission to help their customers with their fitness and wellbeing.

To help their continued growth, they are now looking for a Training & Education Manager / Customer Success Manager to develop, coordinate and deliver a comprehensive training programme for their products and services.

The successful candidate will ensure that internal staff and b2b & b2b2c customers are well versed in using their technology to its fullest potential.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for heath / fitness / wellbeing and technology and have brilliant communication and presentation skills.

The role

  • Develop and implement training programs for our clients tech products and services, including user guides, webinars, workshops, and e-learning modules

  • Conduct training sessions for various audiences, including fitness professionals and end-users

  • Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with current product features and updates

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes

  • Provide ongoing support and education to partners and customers, addressing any questions or concerns related to product usage

  • Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation and resources, ensuring accessibility and clarity

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in fitness technology and education to continuously improve the training offering

  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by providing training on products and company procedures

The person

  • Proven experience in a training / education / customer success role in fitness / technology

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Experience creating digital training materials (video and e-learning)

  • Able to travel when necessary to meet global clients
