Continued investment in Marketing and Media, my client is looking to further develop their Media/ Creative team, so now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager (ATL)
Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can support across the ATL media planning and creative strategy within the marketing team.
Working with budgets – Multi Million £+.
You will be responsible for:
· Lead the Media and Creative strategy in line with the full marketing mix.
· Managing and executing the ATL Media Planning & Strategy - TV, Radio, VOD, Partnerships/Sponsorship, AdSmart and more.
· Management of the media agency ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered with quality across channels (e.g. TV spot times, VOD impressions etc.).
· Own briefing of asset creation for any sponsorship activity plus activation opportunities.
· Support Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director across ad production for TV, Radio, Digital and Social. Ensuring critical path timings are followed.
· Propose new creative ideas, media channels and constantly test & learn. Ensuring the brand is up to speed with new innovations and trends in the Media market.
· Monitor competitor activity closely, highlighting any opportunities or risks.
· Some understanding of digital channels and the marketing funnel is required.
· Reporting and analysis of media and creative performance, constantly looking for ways to optimise and improve.
The type of experience and skills I’m looking for:
· Highly experienced in both Media/ ATL and Creative strategy and planning. 4+ years
· Experience client side is preferred, although this isn’t essential.
· Creative and Strategic thinker.
· You will have strong attention to detail, must be proficient in excel and always looking at ways to optimise and improve performance.
· Experience of working with agencies and media owners and be confident in building relationships with them.
· Ideally experience working with other marketing departments, such as Digital, Brand, Creative, Data Science to deliver holistic campaigns and results.
