Job Description
- Manage & Develop the brands (organic) social media strategy, working to increase following and engagement. 4+ years' experience is a focusses social media role needed for this role.
- Responsible for sourcing content collaborators to create bespoke assets for channels, in conjunction with the influencer marketing teams
- Working across multiple locations (UK & International). International experience would is desired.
- Manage the creative across but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest &YouTube. Prior experience managing these channels essential.
- Manage the social media executives in the team and their daily content schedule including posts, stories, live content. People management experience essential.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior shareholders, including opportunities recommendations for growth. Experience with analytics and social listening tools, such as Google Analytics, Branch, Dash Hudson, Social Bakers needed.
- Working cross functionally to support brand and PR teams, delivering about brand strategy in creating content.
- Excellent communication skills able to collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, creative, studio, buying, merchandising and ecommerce
