Reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll play a key role within a highly collaborative team. I’m looking for an Paid Social specialist with either in-house Ecommerce experience or integrated agency background.
You’ll join this existing, high performing and successful Performance team, supported by the wider Digital and Marketing team – a very collaborative team. Now looking for someone to support the future growth of the Paid Social strategy and performance, someone equally creative and analytical.

Job Specification:
· Support the Head of Performance in the continued development and improvement of the Paid Social Strategy.
· Your focus will be to drive Paid Social channel performance forward. Support over the strategy, making impactful changes with a fearlessness of such change. Employing a solid test and learn approach
· Paid Media budget + £10million (UK)
· Optimise Paid Social campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan that delivers cost-efficient, incremental value.
· This role will be supported by both the existing in house team – Paid Social/ Paid Media Executives as well as the long term partnership they’ve had with their Digital Agency.
· Having fun with this channel and campaign content.
· Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understanding how they could affect performance.
· Report of performance ensuring future growth and success within Paid Social,
