Offering an accelerated bonus scheme on business booked (as opposed to realised revenue), you'll be rewarded for your efforts as soon as possible and there is a very competitive package on offer, including a genuinely realistic target for 100% OTE. This is bench-marked with other team members and they are currently achieving the numbers required.
As a growing arm of the business, cloud solutions offer a real opportunity for revenue growth and it's a high-profile focus area for 2021/2022. There are multiple enterprise clients in other business units and it's anticipated that 75% of this role will be account growth/cross-sell focused and 25% looking for new logos. You'll be supported by existing Account Managers, who you'll work closely with, and a lead generation team on the new business side.
The business is in great shape, having been relatively unaffected by the pandemic and there has been some significant investment to grow the cloud solutions side of the business so it's a cracking time to join.

- Cloud solutions sales experience - AWS/Azure
- Demonstrable enterprise solution selling background
