They’re now looking for a National Account Manager to drive one of their biggest areas of growth: retail grocery. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of top 4 grocer relationships and play a key role in a business that’s both proudly independent and relentlessly ambitious.
The role:
You’ll manage at least one of the UK’s top 4 grocery accounts, leading the commercial relationship and spotting new ways to grow. The team are a great mix of creativity and commercial savvy – and they’re after someone who brings that same energy, pace, and entrepreneurial spark.
Full P&L ownership for a top 4 grocery retailer
Build and deliver joint business plans in line with company and customer objectives
Lead customer negotiations, forecast accuracy, and promotional strategy
Use market insight and category trends to unlock new opportunities
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and NPD to deliver best-in-class launches
Be the go-to contact for your accounts – building trusted, long-term partnerships
Who we’re looking for:
A proven National Account Manager with experience in grocery retail (top 4 ideally)
Strong track record in branded and/or own label products
A natural relationship-builder with great commercial instincts
Analytical and data-driven, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Food/FMCG background strongly preferred
