This is a new Senior Marketing role, reporting to the Marketing Director.
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, strategy and planning manager to lead in their next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the Marketing Strategy plan, multi-channel. Supporting the businesses focus on driving commercial growth and footfall.
Oversee the businesses commercial performance, making impactful suggestion for future change/ data lead actions.
Monitor market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to uncover new avenues for growth. Feeding back into the Marketing strategy.
Track and reporting on performance, use of dashboards, cohort analysis, and conversion tracking. (supported by the in-house Data/ Analytics team), providing regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders/ board.
Marketing team of 10, excellent channel specialist. You will work cross channel to support the Marketing Strategy. Leading and mentoring these teams.
What I’m looking for:
Experienced in a dedicated Marketing Strategy and Planning role, working cross channel.
Exceptional analytical abilities, strong Excel and data visualisation tools, ideally skilled at navigating complex data sets, building processes from the ground up, and converting insights into clear actions.
Confidence with segmentation analysis, conversion funnel tracking, and performance reporting.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across a variety of levels and departments.
Results-driven, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
