My client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager / Head Brand and Marketing to help grow the team and the business.You will come from the world of D2C / consumer focused brand marketing - probably within the Growth / Start-Up World rather than a major retailer and food experience is essential!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analysing the marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative. You will be hands-on and comfortable getting your hands dirty in this role - it's not for someone who wants to lead but not be active! You must also have performance and growth marketing experience and be comfortable working with a growth brand.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales and business development to ensure consistent branding and create sales
Branding and Corporate Communications, alongside performance and growth marketing
Lead the marketing team
Oversee and analyse performance and execution of marketing campaigns
Develop partnerships with suppliers and other retailers
Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop marketing strategy and plan
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
5+ years' of marketing experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel to Greater West London (this would suit someone in SW London, Berkshire, West London, NW London).
