Marketing Manager – 12-Month FTC

📍 Hybrid (Manchester HQ preferred, 1 day per week) | Salary: £50,000–£60,000

We’re working with a global technology consultancy that partners with well-known brands to deliver meaningful digital solutions. With offices across the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia, the business is known for its collaborative, relationship-led culture and ability to compete with the biggest names in consulting - while maintaining a more agile, people-first approach.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Marketing Manager on a 12-month FTC, supporting one of the UK business units and working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering integrated marketing campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

  • Partnering with Business Unit Leads to support sales and growth objectives.

  • Creating and managing content, digital campaigns, and social activity (including LinkedIn and paid ads).

  • Supporting international marketing activity in high-growth regions such as Germany, the Netherlands, and the US.

  • Driving internal comms and recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within a technology consultancy business.

  • Hands-on CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred).

  • Strong campaign management experience, including digital and social channels.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to thrive in a relationship-driven culture.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative - a true all-rounder.

Why join?

  • Be part of a respected consultancy working with high-profile clients.

  • Join a supportive, collaborative culture where relationships come first.

  • Influence marketing strategy in high-growth international markets.

This role is hybrid, with 1 day per week in Manchester city centre and occasional travel to London (approx. once a month).
