Marketing Manager – 12-Month FTC
📍 Hybrid (Manchester HQ preferred, 1 day per week) | Salary: £50,000–£60,000
We’re working with a global technology consultancy that partners with well-known brands to deliver meaningful digital solutions. With offices across the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia, the business is known for its collaborative, relationship-led culture and ability to compete with the biggest names in consulting - while maintaining a more agile, people-first approach.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Marketing Manager on a 12-month FTC, supporting one of the UK business units and working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering integrated marketing campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Partnering with Business Unit Leads to support sales and growth objectives.
Creating and managing content, digital campaigns, and social activity (including LinkedIn and paid ads).
Supporting international marketing activity in high-growth regions such as Germany, the Netherlands, and the US.
Driving internal comms and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies.
What we’re looking for
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within a technology consultancy business.
Hands-on CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred).
Strong campaign management experience, including digital and social channels.
Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to thrive in a relationship-driven culture.
Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative - a true all-rounder.
