The role is leading on one of their biggest financial services accounts, so as Managing Partner you'll be driving the strategic direction of this brand and it's subsidiaries. You'll lead the team as they navigate the complexities of this fully integrated account, managing the full spectrum of delivery channels whilst partnering with the client to exceed their expectations.
The right candidate for this role will be at Client Services Director level and looking for the next move, or Managing Partner looking for a new challenge. You will have an entrenched knowledge of the financial services world, with credible, high budget campaigns on your portfolio. You will have experience building, inspiring and leading large teams, with an ability to drive productivity and staff engagement. You will have exceptional channel knowledge, combining commercial acumen with a creative strategic mindset - the account requires incredible brand work delivered from a data driven perspective.
