Better placed are delighted to be partnering with this Northern retail powerhouse in their search for a Head of Conversation Rate Optimisation (multi-channel).

With a reputation in the market for being innovative and pushing boundaries when it comes to marketing this is an opportunity not to be missed.

The successful candidate will own the continues improvement CRO strategy across all channels and fully understand consumer behaviour and interactions.

This is a senior role and is essential that applicants have team management experience.

The Role

  • Own and develop a best in class conversation rate optimisation (CRO) roadmap
  • Drive CRO roadmap across mobile, desktop and app
  • Lead reporting and forecasting by both marketing channel and device
  • Build meaningful relationships with channel heads to optimise conversion
  • Manage and develop the test and learn programme (inc MVT and AB testing)
  • Manage a suite of reports with a keen eye on EBIT, Product view, check out completion
  • Manage and improve customer segmentation
  • Develop the digital and offline journey to increase new customer acquisition
  • Motivate and develop an existing talented conversion optimisation team

The person

  • Proven experience leading a CRO team working on multi-site projects
  • A tech enthusiast
  • Highly numerate with a creative mind and is able to think outside the box
