Key to maintaining this growth is the hiring of a Digital Acquisition Manager to join their West Yorkshire based team.
The role:
· Managing a +£10m paid media budget in house (primarily PPC and Shopping with understanding across paid social and affiliates).
· Be the go-to expert on paid search and shopping in house
· Manage , mentor and grow a team of paid executives
· Help to build a fun culture of high performance
· Manage the full funnel, attributing sales away from last click
· Own performance marketing reporting, turning analysis into actionable insight for your team and the wider business
· Hold relationships with senior stakeholders across the business championing your channels
The person
· A paid media / performance marketing expert with experience working on large ecommerce brands (in house or agency side).
· Proven experience managing more junior team members
· Thrives in a fast paced ecommerce environment
