Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Chester

Hybrid: 2 days in the office 3 WFH

Salary: £55,000 + Package

Aided by investment in tech and digital, this role will see you launch a new digitally lead marketing strategy, and building out a new ‘testing’ culture. A new role (and focus) to the business, that has complete buy in and desire to success by the wider marketing team. (Circa 20 people).

You will have 3 direct reports and well and an excellent Digital/ Paid Media agency.

  • Excellent in-house team and digital agency support.

The key focus of this role is:

  • To manage the brands Paid Media strategy, driving quality traffic to the website. Managing a Paid Media budget £1million+.

  • Working with the in house SEO team across all areas of SEO, improving the number of leads to the website which already sits at an impressive %

Key responsibilities might include:

  • Total ownership over the Digital Marketing Strategy, strategic planning across Paid Media (PPC), SEO and Social.

  • Management digital budgets, to drive quality leads to the website. Measure ROI.

  • Analyse data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improved performance.

  • Producing performance reports to senior stakeholders.

  • Managing 3rd party agency relationships with their high performing digital marketing agency.

  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align as a multi-channel marketing strategy.
