This major Manchester based ecommerce brand are looking for a Design Manager to spearhead their creative division. If you can marry creativity with commercialism then this is role for you - they are a global retail business that are rapidly expanding their creative team with a strong artistic leader.
You will be managing the current creative team and their output, providing guidance on creative across all channels in line with current brand guidelines. You will be assessing the current design work and utilising different skillsets to ensure high quality content production.
Understanding workflow for your team is essential, as you will be maximising efficiency and productivity to ensure your workforce are engaged and inspired. The role involves website management, email design, print design, social media design and branding/ conceptual work.
As a creative lead, you will be confident in leading both creative brainstorming and design sprints, as well as understanding team management and traffic management. You will be self motivated and enthusiastic about the brand, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and be a key team player as well.
