A UK based financial services organisation is looking to appoint a Customer Insight Analyst to join a growing marketing and insight function.
This role will focus on understanding customer behaviour across digital channels and translating data into meaningful insight that informs marketing decisions and improves the customer experience. You’ll work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities, helping teams better understand how customers interact with digital journeys and campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for analysing performance across online channels, applying statistical techniques and segmentation approaches, and presenting clear, actionable findings to non technical stakeholders. The role combines hands on analysis with storytelling, requiring both strong technical capability and the ability to explain insight in a simple, impactful way.
This opportunity would suit someone with a quantitative background and experience working with large scale datasets, who enjoys problem solving and using data to influence commercial decisions. Experience using tools such as SQL and Python or similar analytical languages is important, alongside a curious mindset and strong attention to detail.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with two days per week in the office in Leeds. Salary is circa £32,000 to £38,000, plus a wider benefits package.
