We’re looking for a Website Channel Strategist who understands that a website is more than just a digital brochure — it’s a core growth engine.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the website as a marketing channel, shaping strategy and improving performance to deliver measurable business impact. You’ll focus on everything from user experience and journey design to conversion optimisation, SEO, and lead generation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness. You’ll care about great design, but you’ll care even more about what it achieves.Hands-on Webflow experience is essential.


What You’ll Do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of website performance for the brochure site, conversion optimisation, and lead generation outcomes

  • Improve site architecture, navigation, content, and user journeys to support growth

  • Design and build high-performing landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action

  • Use data insights, testing, and reporting tools to identify optimisation opportunities

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that balance user experience with business goals

  • Stay informed on trends in UX, CRO, and SEO to ensure the website remains competitive

  • Report to the Head of Marketing and help shape the brand’s digital presence


What We’re Looking For


  • Solid knowledge of UX design, conversion optimisation, and SEO best practices

  • Experience using tools such as

    Webflow, Figma, or Adobe XD

  • Confidence working with analytics platforms such as

    Google Analytics

    or

    Hotjar

  • Experience implementing and managing

    HubSpot

    for lead generation and automation

  • A proactive approach to improving performance and solving problems


Your Experience


  • Around 2+ years’ experience in UX, web optimisation, or website performance roles (preferably marketing-focused)

  • Demonstrable success in improving conversion rates and SEO performance

  • Hands-on experience building and optimising marketing websites using

    Webflow
