My client based in Bedfordshire (only 1 day per week on site the rest at home) is looking for a CRM Manager to work on a maternity cover for 12 months (to start ASAP).
They are looking for someone with strong CRM experience who can jump in and work alongside the digital team to develop CRM campaigns and work with the insights and data.
You will: manage at least two other people so management experience is essential.
Your role will include:
- Driving CRM processes
- Build CRM Campaign Strategies
- Understanding the customer journey and behaviour
- Understanding customer segmentation
- Understanding the programme of retail promotions
- Managing stakeholder communications
They are really flexible on industry - retail would obviously be great - but if you come from a B2C environment where you've managed CRM campaigns then please do get in touch.
