The story of this brand is something to be admired, they have secured a leading place in this diverse market to become a worldwide recognised brand name with most loyal customers.
Growth continues to stay on the agenda with new territory plans, product lines, as well as growing headcount including this key strategic hire for PPC Manager.
The focus of this role is to manage the overall Paid Media strategy, identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns performance and ultimately delivering better ROI and sustained growth thin the channel and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the Paid Media strategy, driving new initiatives within the channels forward – full ownership. Focus on PPC/ Paid Search & Shopping.
Fully optimise Paid Media/ PPC campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan that delivers cost-efficient, incremental value.
Multi-channel, but a key focus will be on PPC. Having fun with this channel and campaign content.
Implement innovative strategies to achieve business targets and growth across our paid media accounts.
Budget management, £multi-million+ - full ownership
Report on Paid campaign performance, spotting risks and opportunities. Plus solution offering
Collaborating with wider teams across SEO, CRM, UX, CRO & Product
What I’m looking for:
I’m looking for 4+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced Paid Media team
understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion journeys
high degree of numeracy with great Excel & Google Analytics knowledge
to identify issues and be pro-active in providing solutions
good team player with effective communication and presentation skills
