We are currently partnered with a leading multi-category FMCG company who really are having a fun time in the market right now. They’re on the hunt for aHead of Channel (Discounters)to take the lead on this entire channel. Their client base operates across every channel, and they have plans to triple their turnover over the next 3-5 years, how possible is this? Well given the fact that the Discounters are the biggest accounts in the business and they have seen ridiculous growth to date. Given the size of the portfolio anything is possible!

A lot of businesses say that you’re rewarded for your hard work, but this one lives by that statement. You have the opportunity to double your basic salary. This is unheard of in the industry but trust me when I say this, they have paid this out to multiple individuals this year.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage Key Accounts: Own and manage Discounter customers, build compelling sales stories, and sell with impact.

  • Achieve Sales and Profit Targets: Deliver sales and profit targets with P&L ownership and budget management.

  • Market Expertise: Identify opportunities, anticipate market challenges, and provide insights and intelligence.

  • Customer Planning: Develop plans to optimize trade spend within budget and determine ROI for activities.
