I began my CPG career over a decade ago at a leading cash and carry wholesaler, there I honed my commercial skills and gained invaluable experience in national and regional accounts, in addition to buying. This experience gave me a comprehensive and holistic understanding of commercial functions, which I have been able to carry over into my recruitment career. Over the past seven years in recruitment, I have partnered with startups, SMEs, and blue-chip CPG companies across the UK and helped them to expand and attract talent to their commercial teams, facilitating an increase their market share and reach. My approach is characterized by attention to detail and genuine care and I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built as a result.

My specialism is the recruitment of Commercial Roles for CPG companies in the UK. I recruit from NAE level right through to Director across all routes to market. I also specialise in recruiting MS&P/RGM roles in addition to E-Com Sales specialists.
