As a Web Analytics Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver actionable insights to optimise the website increasing revenue/user and improving the customer journey
  • Measure trading activity to understand the impact of the customer lifecycle, incrementality of trade levers and cost of sale
  • Identify and drive opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, improve service & increase profitability
  • Work with Trade & Marketing teams to create/automate reports to measure performance and provide tools and/or insight for others to make tangible impact
  • Manage the web analytics team
  • Provide and communicate insight from projects to key stakeholders
  • Manage agency relationships for our Web Analytics tool suite
  • Own the event tagging and reporting metrics for the website
  • Work with the wider marketing team to analyse marketing campaigns to maximise return on investment
  • Drive data driven decision making through A/B tests or other analysis
  • Grow analytics and data driven thinking in the wider team through training
  • Ad hoc web analytics data and analysis for wider team

We are looking for candidates with the following experience:

  • 2+ years' experience in a Web Analytics Manager role ideally in a travel/ eCommerce/ fast paced consumer business
  • Advanced Google Analytics skills and proven experience turning data into useful insights
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Experience either mentoring junior analysts or having direct line reports
  • Stakeholder management skills and experience working with a wider marketing department
