As a Web Analytics Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver actionable insights to optimise the website increasing revenue/user and improving the customer journey
- Measure trading activity to understand the impact of the customer lifecycle, incrementality of trade levers and cost of sale
- Identify and drive opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, improve service & increase profitability
- Work with Trade & Marketing teams to create/automate reports to measure performance and provide tools and/or insight for others to make tangible impact
- Manage the web analytics team
- Provide and communicate insight from projects to key stakeholders
- Manage agency relationships for our Web Analytics tool suite
- Own the event tagging and reporting metrics for the website
- Work with the wider marketing team to analyse marketing campaigns to maximise return on investment
- Drive data driven decision making through A/B tests or other analysis
- Grow analytics and data driven thinking in the wider team through training
- Ad hoc web analytics data and analysis for wider team
We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- 2+ years' experience in a Web Analytics Manager role ideally in a travel/ eCommerce/ fast paced consumer business
- Advanced Google Analytics skills and proven experience turning data into useful insights
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Experience either mentoring junior analysts or having direct line reports
- Stakeholder management skills and experience working with a wider marketing department
