My well-known client is based outside of North London, but they only require you in the office once a week (maximum). They are within the hospitality sector and are looking for a UX researcher - to work in their growing UX / digital and ecommere team. Your background therefore will come from a leading ecommerce brand. We're also looking for someone with minimum 3 years experience (salary will be dependent on the amount of experience you bring to the table)

As a UX researcher, you're responsible for planning, designing, and carrying out user research activities to ensure the business is taking a customer-centric approach to product design. Your research will help inform the roadmap and the digital experiences they create.

The role is really varied and exciting and includes (but is not limited to) the following:

- Ensuring that the company is using the correct research methodologies and ensure that you direct these activities to the problem the team is trying to solve

- Being responsible for research to gather customer insights and identify needs for both new and existing products

- Supporting and directing the team in identifying and exploring potential solutions which may include creating personas, journey maps and user flows

To be successful, you will have a good understanding of agile practices (e.g. Scrum) and with your 3 + years of experience within a well-known ecommerce business within the UX research, you will be confident in liaising with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
