A well-known retailer that turns over £500 million per year are on the search for a UX Designer to build out the UX department, start a UX team and work with their CX partners. This opportunity is pretty much fully remote as they take a flexible approach to remote working, so you will only be required in the office 1 day a month max.

As a UX Designer, the key deliverables can be summarising in the following:
- To be a storyteller and problem solver, using personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototyping, storyboards etc, to bring customer journeys to life
- Test and design landing pages to maximise conversion
- Work with key stakeholders towards a common goal
- Be the champion of the customer experience, ensuring a consistent user journey through all customer touchpoints
- Propose new and creative ideas that challenge the norm, to create coherent solutions working around the users' needs
- Keep the digital experience in line with the brand's aesthetic
We are looking for an applicant with the following experience:
- Over 3 years' experience as a UX Designer, working within an eCommerce environment (ideally an eCommerce pureplay or technology led consumer brand)
- Personable and able to bring other people on the design journey
- Obsessed with the customer experience and experience design
- Understanding of conversion metrics, and how designs contribute to performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills; an ability to articulate and discuss your design decisions with internal stakeholders
- Professional experience of industry tools, ideally Adobe XD
- A self-starter with the desire to constantly learn, grow and be the best you can be
