Better placed are working with a Provide equity backed global Tech brand who are looking for a Team Lead Demand Generation to join there fast-growing business. Recently been PE backed it was said in 2020 this company was one of top 50 fastest growing IT companies in the Czech Republic. This brand has many different Tech solutions one of which they are known for is localisation and AI technology. As Team Lead Deman Generation you'll drive there growth by strategically targeting specific prospects and existing customers. This candidate will need to have had primarily account base Marketing background within the B2B market.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Developing and executing personalised account based marketing campaigns
  • Managing our external advertising agency to continuously optimise existing campaigns
  • Creating our demand generation strategy and goals
  • Overseeing the demand generation budget
  • Building a performance marketing team to drive all demand generation channels
  • Partnering closely with the sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment throughout the pipeline
  • Working closely with marketing operations to create an optimal lead routing flow
  • Conceptualizing and controlling upsell campaigns and promoting new features
  • Cooperating closely and critically challenging copywriters as well as designers to make sure that our ads are always appealing, well-performing and meeting our quality standards
  • as well as facilitating the process of bringing new campaigns live

What you need

  • 5+ years of multi-channel B2B marketing or performance marketing experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in leading a performance marketing team
  • Very good skills in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with other advertising platforms, such as AdRoll, Twitter Ads, or Facebook Ads are a plus
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager
  • Good feel for converting copy and designs/layouts
  • Analytical way of thinking
  • Proactive way of working, constantly looking for optimising potential
