My client are a national healthcare organisation, dedicated to delivering a positive change for children's lives. They have centres all over the UK to support children in all aspects of their lives, and now they are expanding their marketing department with a Social Media Manager to drive continued growth.
This role can be fully remote, with the occasional visit to the Cheshire based office, usually about once a month.
You will be required to manage the social media channels for the recruitment of service roles for the business, utilising both organic and paid strategies to driving leads and applications for different roles across the country.
It's essential you are able to deliver on paid social campaigns, with an ability to delegate budgets and report on the ROI and success of your campaigns. You will also be involved in other recruitment marketing campaign channels, producing engaging content and building strong internal relationships to support their marketing/recruitment needs.
