This super well known charity based in London is looking for a senior digital engagement manager. You will be working in a big (established and growing team) with some really exciting projects to manage.
The team is responsible for:
- planning and implementation of clear and well-structured customer journeys where there is a digital element ensuring that activities
delivering their digital marketing strategy
ensuring that their digital marketing campaigns and activities are well planned, executed and measured
- Working with the wider teams of Customer Engagement, and Research and Insight, to ensure that their audiences are well defined, and their needs understood and ensure that all customer facing digital platforms are aligned with business, brand and audience strategies and goals
The business is looking for someone with experience in digital research and testing strategies, ranging from focus groups, audience workshops, usability and UX testing, split testing etc. You will be comfortable managing data and you will have had some form of line management experience as well as budget management.
