Better Placed are pleased to be working with the UK and Europe's largest confectionery and food production company and they are looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join their team!
You will work in collaboration with the sales and marketing team, this role will lead the translation of marketing plans into channel and retailer specific plans.
The Role:
You will lead the sales team with clear prioritisation of core, seasonal and NPD activation initiatives, to bring marketing plans to life across the trade, with a clear focus on the point of purchase both instore and online.
As the Shopper Marketing Manager, you will develop best in class execution by channel, to ensure that the brand win at the point of purchase.
You will develop a strong network of internal stakeholders and external clients, along with demonstrating a strong commercial mindset to maximise ROI.
The Person:
- Educated to degree level
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working in a trade/sales marketing role in an FMCG environment
- Strong commercial acumen
