My Client is a fast paced, high growth consumer led business, who are on the lookout for a Senior Social Media Executive to join the team.
Multi million profits and a strong brand name have led this business into a huge growth period. This role will be directly supporting the Social Media manager in all organic campaigns and customer communications.

- Manage, maintain and report on customer reporting platforms Google reviews, TrustPilot and Reviews.io. This will include responding to poor reviews and finding opportunities to increase overall average rating/scores.
- Responding to customers quickly and efficiently, utilising the right people from across the business to help resolve any issues (including retail, customer service and compliance).
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our digital content strategy and use this to make decisions about what we publish and explain those decisions to stakeholders.
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand and campaign-focused messages in line with the new strategy and creative concept.
- Support the PR Manager in developing ideas and content for all social media platforms and that communicate PR messages and stories online.
- Manage, maintain and report on all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
