​We are delighted to be partnering with an ecommerce business with incredibly impressive growth figures on their search for a Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager.

Our client design and deliver beautiful, high quality products to their customers. Their digital-first model has helped them grow rapidly and now they are looking for an experienced creative, strategic and results driven Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager to elevate brand presence and build an industry leading community.

The successful candidate will be the creative force and strategic mind behind their organic social and influencer presence. They will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of organic social media and influencer strategies to drive brand awareness, community growth, and ROI. They will also manage relationships with talent, creators, and agencies, ensuring authentic and scalable partnerships that align with the brand.

The role

  • Own and evolve the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

  • Lead the day-to-day management of organic social channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and community engagement.

  • Oversee the content calendar in collaboration with creative and brand teams to support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments.

  • Analyse performance data and implement improvements using platform analytics, trends, and industry insights.

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end influencer strategy, including talent sourcing, briefing, contracting, and content approvals.

  • Manage influencer activations, gifted collaborations, and paid partnerships with a focus on ROI and brand fit.

  • Collaborate with the PR and partnerships team for integrated brand moments and events.

  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimise future activations based on data insights

  • Manage and mentor junior social/influencer team members.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Creative, Product, PR, Ecommerce, and Customer Service).

The person

A passionate storyteller and strategic thinker with 5+ years in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within e-commerce

  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, including what content works and why.

  • A strong network of influencer and talent relationships, with a proven ability to secure impactful collaborations.

  • Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, or similar.
