I'm looking for a skilled Senior PHP developer to work for a leading software business with an array of well-known eCommerce clients. This company is expanding its development team to match demand for their product as their clients look to invest more and more in their eCommerce offerings. They have a number of key projects that require an experienced Senior PHP developer to take charge of and help deliver with a focus on the latest PHP and cloud technology.
As a Senior PHP developer, you'll work as part of an expanding fully remote development team ready to build on best practice to help drive product improvement.
Role and Responsibilities
- Delivering greenfield projects as part of a dedicated backend PHP team
- Bringing ideas to the table on how to improve the product
- Mentoring junior developers
- Working with the latest cloud technologies
- Integrating APIs with other key platforms
Skills and Experience
- PHP
- MVC frameworks Laravel preferred
- AWS
- MongoDB
- Microservices
- APIs and platform integration experience
Preferred
- Experience of eCommerce software products
- Vue, Nuxt, JavaScript
- Knowledge of internet and data security
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD platforms
