Job Specification:

  • ​Support the Head of Performance in the continued development and improvement of the Paid Social Strategy. UK & International

  • Your focus will be to drive Paid Social channel performance forward. Taking ownership over the strategy, making impactful changes with a fearlessness of such change. Employing a solid test and learn approach

  • Paid Media budget + £15million (UK)

  • Fully optimise Paid Social and Display campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan that delivers cost-efficient, incremental value.

  • This role will be supported by both the existing in house team – Paid Social/ Paid Media Executives as well as the long term partnership they’ve had with their Digital Agency.

  • Multi-channel, but a key focus will be on Paid Social and Display. Having fun with this channel and campaign content.

  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understanding how they could affect performance.
