A well-established Insurance organisation with a specialism within the healthcare/medical sector, are currently growing and are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team. As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing a Commercial Plan for a specified group or activity. Implement effective cross channel campaigns to maximise the impact of digital channels in recruitment and retention activity.

Key Duties:

  • Develop marketing communication plan for a given group or activity with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
  • Organise and support events and liaise with third party suppliers, including occasional attendance.
  • Create and maintain content using the content management system for the company websites and apps.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Plan, create and manage PPC campaigns, analysing data to determine which keywords, ad copy, and landing pages are most effective for each campaign
  • Create marketing literature working closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • Support colleagues in the marketing team by working on cross-segment projects as required.
  • Contribute to the development of customer value propositions, keeping abreast of the macro and micro environment for the sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of an omni channel approach integrating digital, social media and traditional marketing
  • Some understanding or previous experience of working within a Financial Services/Membership business and/or healthcare would be desirable but not essential
  • The ability to prioritise and handle a workload to meet tight deadlines
  • IT proficient with willingness and ability to learn software to support website maintenance, CRM, email campaigns, paid and organic search and online analytics.

Central London head offices (Canary Wharf) offering hybrid working (1-2 days in the office, the rest working from home)
