Head offices in London - 1 day a week in the office, the rest working from home.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads
- Manage and optimise social media platforms and website to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Support the development of content marketing strategies including blog posts, articles, and email campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the insurance/financial services industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Banding:
£40,000-£50,000 (dependent on experience)
