My client is within the hospitality / retail sector and are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to join their fast growing and highly successful digital and loyalty team.
You will be responsible for leading and shaping the Digital Product strategy and key initiatives across their website and mobile app. You will be responsible for defining, prioritising, and delivering market leading customer experiences.
You will be working cross functionally with a variety of departments and experts, and will be an expert in understanding how to unlock customer needs - turning insights into world class digital products. With a technical background you will be experienced in Agile methodologies and be knowledgeable with web and app design.
The role plays a critical part in the company's digital transformation - The role holder will have a significant impact on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through digital products and growing revenues through Loyalty/CRM, Collection and Delivery services.
You don't need to come from a retail or hospitality background - so long as you can lead and direct content changes to the website and app, and identify opportunities to improve brand experience.
