Senior Digital Designer - Exciting consumer brand - £30,000 pa

My client is a high growth consumer retail business who specialise in direct homeware. They are managed by industry leaders who have expanded in the market and now operate as an exciting challenger brand with a fantastic ethos and culture.

They are looking for a Senior Digital Designer who can define their digital brand, share their passion for their industry and shape their creative excellence.

You will have a solid background in design across brand websites, CRM, and all digital marketing channels including art direction, graphic design and motion graphics. You'll work closely with the marketing team to keep driving forward the brand's visual identity and ensure they effectively communicate their unique market positioning.

Reporting into the Head of Strategy and Ecommerce, you will be responsible for developing creative from concept through to execution across the website, social, paid media, e-mail and some offline materials. It's a fast-paced work environment, so attentiveness and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease are a must.

Requirements

  • Lead a team of in-house Digital Content Designers, mentoring and developing them and evolving the teams' capabilities in line with business need.
  • Ensure brand and CX cohesion across customer touchpoints by regularly collaborating with the wider Marketing teams and key stakeholders.
  • Support and develop brand guidelines and assets that support our creative vision; Ensuring design consistency, adhering to best practice including any work carried out by third-party agencies etc.
  • Develop and present creative concepts across CRM, social media, web; able to take these from concept to execution.
  • Be a creative inspiration, share your insights on industry best practice, across digital user experience and more specifically email marketing to help contribute to new template and campaign ideas.
  • User experience; customer centric design, working the ecommerce trading team, CRO's etc to continuously look to improve key onsite metrics
  • Using scamps, mood boards and other presentation material to present
