Key to their continued success is the hiring of a talented Senior CRM Manager to manage their online customer lifecycle to increase database growth, retention and LTV.

The role

  • Own and develop CRM strategy across the full customer journey to drive commercial value
  • Use data to form actionable insight to which informs customer journey design
  • Define campaign proposition and messaging
  • Work closely with colleagues in the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns delight the customer are delivered on time and to brief
  • Implement test and learn utilising Klaviyo to its fullest potential
  • Continuously optimise CRM programmes to increase reach
  • Optimise opt-in rate at the point of acquisition
  • Keep a keen eye on developments in CRM best practice and share that with colleagues

The person

  • Proven success delivering CRM strategies which hit business KPIs
  • Experience creating customer journeys that increase conversion, retention and cross / upsell
  • A numerical mind that loves to use data and insight to inform future campaigns
  • Experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns using segmentation, dynamic content, and personalisation
  • Loves to get under the skin of the customer - understanding their needs and behaviours to inform CRM programs.
