My client is a well known retailer looking for a conversion manager to join their busy ecommerce team You will come from the wrold of ecomm already and undersetand the techniques for online growth and conversion.
- TYou will be an industry expert and will have in depth, working knowledge of Personalisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation techniques.
- You will have a growth mindset and the ability to create customer experiences that deliver efficient revenue at scale
- You will be accountable for the Personalisation Strategy and the Conversion Optimisation Roadmap
- You will measure conversion performance against defined frameworks to identify opportunities and risk
- You will have experience of working in a scaled, omnichannel environment with a proven track record of delivering Ecommerce growth across multiple geographies
- You will have a strong technical understanding of the full technology stack required to run an Ecommerce business from front-end and CMS technologies, payment systems and ERP systems
