Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with a well known, Yorkshire based consumer company who have a fantastic reputation. They're currently on the lookout for a Campaign Manager to join their growing marketing team, this is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketing professional to gain some fantastic experience in a market leading company!!

The ideal candidate will be in a client side position at a Marketing Manager level or will be from an agency background ideally already at Account Manager or Account Director level. As the Campaign Manager you must be able to hit the ground running, develop a concept and project manage integrated campaigns from start to finish! The role is based in West Yorkshire within a close commute to Leeds, Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield and Harrogate.

As the Senior Campaign Manager you will be the driving force behind all marketing delivery, leading their sales growth activity and partnering with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to build communications propositions that engage their audiences. Working with the Planning and Performance team, your job is to determine the appropriate channel marketing mix to deliver expected brand awareness and direct response results to achieve a target ROI. You will ensure that they test and learn from each campaign with an eye on evolving and continually improving what they do and how they do it.

The person:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Must have at least 5 years marketing experience
  • Must have planning and management experience of ATL campaigns
  • Must have had experience managing teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Customer focused with an innovative and proactive approach
