The Senior Brand Manager will report to the Head of Brand and will be responsible for working on the brand and trade marketing communications plans for the brands in the portfolio.
You will work to create exciting, engaging and disruptive omni channel marketing campaigns to help the company achieve its objectives of doubling in size in the next 3 years. The company have a heavily over indexed marketing spend for you to achieve this.
You will be a classically trained FMCG brand marketer, who has ideally then taken a role in an SME and so understands the pace and nuances of working with an brand that's in high growth. If you haven't already done this then you will otherwise be someone who feels they have been stifled for long enough in corporate life and would love more freedom to really own and control the success of your brands.
As with many SME's your role will encompass driving both the brand and trade marketing strategies and so ideally, you will have had experience of both elements of the role. If you have only worked in a pure brand role before, you must have had very close relationships with your trade marketing teams and be very aware of the work they do and how that will need to fit into this role.
You must already been operating at this level rather than taking a step up and must be a high energy, inquisitive person who is action orientated, ambitious and both commercially and creatively minded.
