This enterprise-scale business are looking for a CRM campaign developer to join them to help deliver personalised products and communications. It's an exciting time to join as they are currently working on some interesting projects in a huge range of business areas.
In this role, you'll be joining a team using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop, code and design emails. You should also have experience in HTML, Ampscript and SQL and love all things data!
The role
- Building personalised email campaigns using Salesforce Email Studio and Content Builder
- Developing targeting selections for personalised campaigns
- Working with project teams on the implementation of integrated multi-channel campaigns and preference centre participatory features in Salesforce Mobile and Web Studios
- Building relationships and working closely with the wider teams, particularly analytics, BI and data engineering teams
About you
- Experience of developing campaigns using HTML, AmpScript and SQL
- A solid understanding of technical CRM platforms and capabilities
- Experience of using some Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Content Builder, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio and Analytics Builder)
- High attention to detail and a strong drive for quality assurance
- Great communication skills, with the ability to influence at different levels of the business
