 Job Title: Sales Performance Coach
Location: South Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: Dependent on experience with 15% to 20% bonus + benefits

About Us:
Better Placed is working with a professional services team operating in both B2B and B2C sectors to expand their sales team. With ambitious growth plans, this organisation is seeking a few key hires including a Sales Performance Coach to drive their success and enhance their offerings.

As a Sales Performance Coach, you will be key in developing the skills of both new and existing members of the E2E sales team. Your expertise will be vital in improving and strengthening team performance. You will coach the team in new sales tactics, strategies, and best practices, ensuring they remain ahead of industry trends and consistently achieve their sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to the inside E2E sales team.
  • Develop and implement training programmes focused on sales techniques, product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, offering constructive feedback and support.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and sales strategies to keep the team competitive.
  • Review calls and develop team expertise.
  • Create a trusting and fun training environment.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coach or in a similar sales training role within any sales environment (e.g., professional services, telecommunications, technology, or finance).
  • Experience in a sales and phone-based role.
